Unfortunately in 2004 on the Eve
that V.V. Putin was reelected the Original burned It is Suspected Arson during
excavation and rebuilding many historical artifacts were unearthed. The Great
loss of this Monument is that the trusses spanning the 45 meter width of the
structure were of wood without supporting columns. The Manege
was built for reviewing the troops by the Emperor and as a Horse riding arena
